Our core principles are:
– Charitable organization “Legalife-Ukraine” was founded by sex workers and for sex workers;
– The management of the organization consists of sex workers;
– All high-priority strategic decisions, which are crucial for the organization and of great importance to the members, are voted on by the organization’s members with the right to vote — i.e., by sex workers.
The main areas of activity of Charitable organization “Legalife-Ukraine” are:
– Mobilization of sex workers and their supporters, facilitation of their cooperation in order to protect human rights and address current issues;
– Combating gender-based violence and inequality;
– Preservation of sex workers’ sexual and reproductive health, prevention and reduction of rates of new HIV infections in Ukraine.
Our main tasks include:
– Facilitating the association of sex workers all over Ukraine to protect their rights and address urgent issues;
– Increasing the influence of sex workers’ organizations to protect the rights of each member of the community.
