READ THE STORY OF NATALIIA ISAIEVA AND THE MOVEMENT OF SEX WORKERS Ukraine IN THE CYBER COMICs OF Maria Sweeney

Thank our partners, the Sex Workers’ Rights Advocacy Network (SWAN) for a wonderful idea - to create a cyber comic strip based on the personal story of Nataliia Isaieva, one of the founders and leader of the self-organization of sex workers in Ukraine.

We are glad that Maria Sweeney took on the implementation of this idea. Maria Sweeney is a Moldova-born, USA-based freelance illustrator & comic artist. She graduated magna cum laude from Moore College of Art and Design with a BFA in Illustration. She writes and self-publishes about her experiences living with a rare disability. When she’s not sketching comics, she’s snuggling her tiny dog, Bambi.

How it all began, how the human rights movement of sex workers in Ukraine emerged and what role Nataliia Isaieva played in this story - read in Maria Sweeney’s cyber comics.
